FAQ

It is CYMG’s strong belief that music education should be accessible to ALL students.  As such, we set our price at $20 per hour and work hard to fundraise to make up the deficit. We try to keep our expenses low by relying on donors, in-kind donors, and volunteers. The organization is completely volunteer run, except for the instructors who are paid an hourly wage for the time they are teaching.

There are two ways to pay:

1) Pay online. Go to Pay Tuition Balance page to make a payment. (Credit Card/Debit Card Payment Option: Processing fees of 2.9% + $.30 apply, Paypal Payment Option: Processing fees of 2.99% + $.49 apply)

2) Mail a check payable to Crescendo Young Musicians Guild and mail to: 4034 Karelia Street, Los Angeles, CA 90065

Students may cancel BEFORE their third class and be refunded for all but the classes they have attended. After the third class, refunds will not be given.

Yes, depending on financial need, you may be eligible to receive a 25-50% tuition waiver. See Financial Aid page for more info on how to apply.
